6x6 Sudoku
6x6 Sudoku is the perfect stepping stone to 9x9. More complex than 4x4 but less daunting than 9x9, it is great for practicing intermediate techniques.
Basic Rules
✅ Fill a 6×6 grid with numbers 1–6
✅ Each row and column has 1 of each number
✅ Each 2×3 block (2 rows × 3 columns) has 1 of each number
How It Differs from 9x9
1. Blocks are rectangles (2×3) instead of squares (3×3)
2. Techniques up to Naked/Hidden Pairs are usually sufficient
3. Solve time is shorter (5–15 minutes) — great for short breaks
